Blessed New Year, Everyone!

LOAVES & FISHES RI
The Loaves and Fishes ministry would greatly appreciate your generosity once again
as we prepare to help our local homeless folks deal with the stress of winter.
Warm coats and winter hats and gloves for men and women are currently in short supply.
Backpacks are useful to people who must carry their belongings with them,
especially in winter when clothing tends to be bulky. Small, warm fleece blankets
are popular and versatile items. Ladies' underwear (new) in asst. sizes is in short supply.
As usual, we welcome men's warm pants and jeans, and sweatpants in all sizes.
Warm footwear is especially critical in winter -- even better if it is water resistant.
Thank you to all whose wonderful support helps make a huge difference for those we visit.

SANCTUARY LAMP MEMORIALS
There are still open dates for this year and bookings are being taken for 2017. This is a nice way to have your deceased loved ones remembered. The lamp burns for one week and the cost is $15.00.

Do you know someone who could use a little lift? Perhaps someone who is sick or sad? Why not fill out the form in the back of the church to have a card mailed to them? Who doesn’t love to get mail that is not a bill or junk? No cost just a little effort and time – it’s worth it!

ARE YOU REGISTERD? Are you thinking about becoming a parishioner or simply not registered? It’s as easy as going online to our web site www.stmarybristolri.org and click on the register button! You will receive a welcome letter within a week. If for some reason you don’t, please give the office a call during regular business hours.

If you know of any of our parishioners who would like to have Holy Communion brought to them
please contact Fr. Barry or Deacon Paul.
